Tools You Need

The Free Content Batching Stack

Three tools handle the full pipeline: ideation, writing, and visuals. The goal is to spend 2 hours on Sunday and have every post ready for the entire month.

🤖 Claude Free — generate 30 content ideas + write all captions

Step 1

Generate 30 Content Ideas with Claude in One Prompt

Start the entire system with one Claude conversation. The goal is to get 30 content ideas across different formats and themes — all in 5 minutes.

✅ Master content calendar prompt for Claude:
"Create a 30-day social media content calendar for [your niche/business]. My audience is [describe audience]. My goal is [build following / sell product / build authority].

Create 30 ideas with this mix:
• 10 Educational posts (tips, how-tos, facts)
• 8 Engagement posts (questions, polls, this-or-that)
• 6 Promotional posts (soft sell of [product/service])
• 4 Behind-the-scenes posts
• 2 User-generated content asks (encourage followers to share)

For each idea, give me: Post number, Content type, Topic, and a one-line description.
Format as a simple numbered list."

Example output for an AI tools account:
1. Educational — '5 free alternatives to ChatGPT Plus (with free plans)'
2. Engagement — 'Which free AI tool do you use most? 🔥 Comment below'
3. Educational — 'How to generate 150 free AI images every day with Leonardo AI'
4. Behind-scenes — 'How I research and test every tool before recommending it'
Step 2

Write All 30 Captions in One Batch Session

Once you have the 30 ideas, ask Claude to write all the captions in one shot. Batch writing is 10x faster than writing one at a time.

✅ Batch caption prompt (do 10 at a time):
"Write captions for these 10 social media posts. For each, write 3 versions:
- Version A: Short (under 150 chars) for Twitter/X
- Version B: Medium (3–4 sentences) for Instagram/LinkedIn
- Version C: Hook + value + CTA format for TikTok

My brand voice: [describe: casual/professional/witty/educational]
Always end with a relevant question to boost comments.

Posts to write:
[paste 10 ideas from step 1]"

✅ Caption formula that drives engagement:
Line 1 (HOOK): Bold statement or question that stops the scroll
Lines 2–4 (VALUE): The actual information or insight
Line 5 (CTA): Ask a question, tell them to save, or mention a link in bio
Hashtags: 5–8 max, mix of large + niche

Time estimate:
10 ideas at a time × 3 batches = 30 captions written in ~20 minutes
Step 3

Create Visual Templates in Canva (Reuse Them All Month)

The secret to 2-hour content batching: create ONE template in Canva, then change the text for each post. You only design once.

✅ Template creation steps in Canva:
1. Open Canva → New Design → Instagram Post (1:1)
2. Choose a simple template or start blank
3. Set up your brand elements (save as brand kit in Canva):
• Your brand colors (2 max)
• Your logo in corner
• Consistent font pair (title + body)
4. Save the template
5. For each post: duplicate template → change text/image → download

✅ One template → 4 platforms:
Instagram Feed: 1080×1080px (1:1)
Instagram Story/TikTok: 1080×1920px (9:16)
LinkedIn: 1200×628px
Twitter/X: 1600×900px

In Canva: File → "Resize" → paste dimensions → "Copy & Resize"

✅ Graphic types that get the most saves (do these first):
• "Swipe" carousel posts (highest saves on Instagram)
• "Quote card" format
• "Before vs After" comparison
• "Quick tip" with icon
Step 4

Generate AI Images for Visual Posts with Leonardo AI

For posts that need a custom image (not a designed graphic), use Leonardo AI's 150 daily free tokens. At ~3 tokens per image, that's 50 images per day — more than enough for a month of content.

✅ Leonardo AI workflow for social content:
1. Go to leonardo.ai → Sign in
2. Click "Image Generation"
3. Model: Leonardo Diffusion XL (best quality on free)
4. Aspect ratio: 1:1 for feed posts, 9:16 for Stories
5. Write your image prompt

✅ Image prompt formula for social media:
"[Main subject], [style], [mood/color palette], [background], social media content, professional, no text"

Example prompts for AI tools content:
"Person working on laptop with glowing holographic AI interface around them, minimal flat style, purple and blue tones, dark background, social media content, no text"
"Smartphone screen showing AI chat conversation, close-up, warm lighting, modern tech aesthetic, no text, clean"
"Abstract neural network visualization, glowing nodes and connections, dark purple background, futuristic, cinematic"

Tip: Generate 3–4 variations, pick the best one. Total time per image: ~2 minutes.
Step 5

Schedule Everything in Buffer (One Hour for the Whole Month)

With captions written and visuals ready, the final step is scheduling. Buffer's free plan allows 3 social channels and queues posts automatically.

✅ Buffer scheduling workflow:
1. Go to buffer.com → Sign up free → Connect your social accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter)
2. Set your posting schedule:
• Posting days: Tuesday through Saturday
• Times: 9am, 12pm, 6pm (adjust to your timezone)
• Buffer will auto-queue posts into these slots
3. Upload posts: Click "Create Post" → add image + caption → "Add to Queue"
4. Repeat for all 30 posts

✅ Scheduling session structure (60 min):
Min 0–10: Import all images to Buffer media library
Min 10–50: Schedule 30 posts (avg 90 seconds each)
Min 50–60: Review queue and adjust timing

✅ Best posting times by platform (2026 data):
Instagram: Tue–Fri, 9am–11am and 6pm–8pm
LinkedIn: Tue–Thu, 7am–9am and 5pm–6pm
Twitter/X: Mon–Fri, 8am–10am and 7pm–9pm

Result: 30 days of content, scheduled and done.
💡 Workflow summary: Claude (30 ideas + captions) → Canva (templates) → Leonardo AI (custom images) → Buffer (schedule). 2 hours of work Sunday = 0 hours of daily stress. Best ROI of any free content system.
